Oly - Elisabeth Entertainment Center - antiqued white one piece entertainment center with antiqued mirror split doors (above). Available at Mecox Gardens for $5,110
Loved this antique white entertainment cabinet from Oly shown above...so I thought I'd try to find a cheaper version too...just to give readers options on a mirrored entertainment cabinet or a mirrored armoire. What I found is that there really isn't a CHEAP TO CHIC on these mirrored storage units...there only seems to be the "chic to chic" out there as far as pricing.
The nice thing, however, about these cabinets is that they are versatile...could dress the wall of a living room, be used for storage of plates and dishware in your dining room, or provide great storage for clothes and linens in the bedroom. The look is both modern and classic...
Here are some other mirrored amoires and media cabinets, in today's CHEAP TO CHIC:
William Sonoma Home - Cleo Armoire by Hickory Chair - $7950 (above) (made of solid maple and cherry veneers)
HW Home - Amsterdam Entertainment Armoire - $3250 (above) (by Michael Weiss for Vanguard, mirrored panel doors shown in Marquis finish)
TIP: Found this white cabinet below...thought maybe someone who had a little time and some creativity could go to their local glass shop and have mirrored panels cut for this armoire and have them glued into place...just a thought.
Ballard Designs - Calonne Armoire - $1444.95 (on sale) (Louis XVI style armoire or media cabinet. Distressed white finish made of hardwood and hardwood veneers) (above)
PLEASE, IF YOU KNOW OF ANY OTHER MIRRORED CABINETS OUT THERE, PLEASE COMMENT!
That's it for today's CHEAP TO CHIC!
