Beautiful iron balcony railings from India at the Pasadena Rosebowl Flea Market!(above)

Was at the huge flea market at the Rosebowl last weekend. Saw so many interesting things...but these were perhaps the most interesting to me.

Each of these forged iron pieces must have weighed 751bs. Ran into a lady who was selling them just as we were about to leave. She said she got these balcony railings in Mumbai. Thinks she was selling them for $50 or $100 each. I can't remember. But they were stunning examples of detailed antique ironwork from India. Wow! Couldn't figure out what I would do with them. They were really heavy but so cool.
