CLEVER DESIGN ONE ROOM AT A TIME!

A fanciful chandelier and striped chairs with a notch on the top make for a lovely modern dining room in this home outside of the city. (above)

Adore these rooms by New York interior designer Ellen Hamilton of Hamilton Design Associates. All show the designer's versatile knack for taking on projects as her website says "one room at a time". I like the fact that all of these spaces feel fresh and unique...not cookie cutter at all!


This kitchen is from the same home as the dining room above...it too features counter stools with a cut out on top and great glass globe pendants hung at staggered heights. (above)


Love this luxe looking little dressing room with its grand blue curtains that hide storage and closet space. (above)

I first noticed the upholstered doors on either side of the entry of this bedroom. Cool! (above)
