I was in Design Within Reach (DWR) on Beverly Blvd. looking for some simple barstools to put in my glass and metal kitchen...biggest concern for me was style and more importantly measurment...had a very narrow space in which I needed to squeeze two barstools.
I immediately fell in love with a sleek polished aluminum barstool - the DWR Hudson Barstool - Polished aluminum designed by Phillipe Starck. It was sleek and modern and the shiny finish really made it pop. Perhaps the most stylish barstool I had seen!

Unfortunately, I couldn't purchase the Hudson because : I needed a barstoll that was less than 16" wide...this one was 18".
Needless to say I dream about Phillippe Starck's Hudson Barstool all the time. Oh I forgot to mention it comes in a chair too!
