Loving this New York City loft from architect Stephan Jaklitsch. The exposed brick and the exposed beams in the main living space are so cool. They add an edge of rustic vintage to a very modern space.

The dining area is lit by industrial looking dome pendant lights that fit well with the overall architecture and design of the space. Six metal Bertoia chairs surround a small rectangular dining table.(above)

Again, another NYC apartment that is making me start thinking about New York as an option!

Have a nice day!
