$8.6 million dollars for 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,760 square feet in the 16th arrondissement of Paris with world class views. Why not wake up to a view of the Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Les Invalides if you are move to France? Historical monuments, high ceilings, chevron wood floors, lots of light. It works for me.
I might make the floors more of a gray brown color and of course decorate this blank slate but other than the $8.6 million dollars...I am all set. Au revoir Los Angeles! Bon jour Paris!
How much would pay for a year round view of the Eiffel Tower and to live in Paris?
Happy Monday!

P.S. Fun weekend. TE invited me over for dinner with him and his son EE on Friday night...TE made a delicious miso glazed salmon, we talked, listened to music and had an overall nice time . Then on Saturday, TE and I had a splendid dinner at my good friends SN and BN's lovely Cheviot Hills home. BN greeted me at the door with a champagne cocktail and SN cooked a delightful meal (braised short ribs)...we dined alfresco on their nice patio...wonderful conversation, their cute kids were there, and great food. TE and I had a blast.
P.P.S. Hope you have a good week!
