I suppose this is what living in the suburbs of London could be. A classic home with brick and stone exterior, 3 (or maybe 4) stories high in Clapham just south west of London. It seems to be tightly nestled in between several homes in a residential neighborhood. Inside the house...classic architectural details that could help enhance so many different decor styles. The bones of this house are good...carved crown moulding, ceiling medallions, good parquet wood floors, decorative wall moulding and paneling, nice finishes and marble in the kitchen and baths and so much more.
Right now, decor wise the home is a blank slate - a tabula rasa so to speak. It is offered by 1st Option for rent for photo shoots. In other words - "Decorating dreams and ideas welcomed".
Hmmm...thinking...Where would I start the interior design do-over in this home? I think in the dining room kitchen area....a communal family space to warm up and make my own. I like.
Would you take or leave this home...? How would take these good bones and make them your own?
Happy Tuesday!
