Hope you are having a good start of the long weekend!
Just wanted to share with you another room from interior designer Windsor Smith's amazing new undertaking called House of Windsor showcase home...it is here in Los Angeles on Mandeville Canyon Road. As I mentioned yesterday, Veranda Magazine threw a posh gala event the other night which I attended (see previous post).
Over the next few days, I'll show you a few of the rooms I liked. There were other rooms I liked but it was dark and my little Canon Elph wouldn't do the trick (I should have brought my big Nikon but I don't think it would have coordinated well with my cute black dress).
Anyhoooo...here is a little small bath I ran into off of one of the bedrooms. I really loved the simplicity yet attention to detail. The etched mirror is great, love the white beadboard paneled walls, a simple white hexagon marble mosaic on the floor, a white carrara marble bath with an arch, a little leather stool with nail head trim and tahdah...there you have it...the perfect little small bath!
The House of Windsor is open until July 17th! A definite must see. I may buy a ticket and go back for another good day time look.
Had a nice walk here in the hills this morning and am off to my fave street in Beverly Hills to do a little beauty maintenance (manicure, pedicure, eyebrows)...then off to another party.

P.S. Update as of 7/22/11 - Found out this past week that this darling bathroom was designed by New Orleans based Tara Shaw. I met Tara at the Atlanta Mart and saw her fab furniture collection too. Tara did a bedroom in the Windsor Smith House too. She was the only designer who came in from out of state for the showhouse she says. Beautiful work!
