Of course what happened in Boston at the marathon has me thinking. Thinking about the people and families directly affected by the bombing...my thoughts, deepest sympathies and prayers are with the victims and their loved ones. Thinking about a community completely unsettled by the shocking events...hoping and knowing that same community and the country will rebound somehow. Thinking about not taking things for granted...appreciating everything and everyone in my life (including all of you wonderful readers)...and recognizing again how precious every day really is.
My aunt MA is in Boston. My sis got an email from her. She is okay. MA was going to walk by the marathon yesterday but didn't.
Whether we have a loved one in Boston or not, we are all affected.
