The former estate of the late film and stage star Katharine Hepburn is listed for sale by Sothebys International Realty for $28 million!  $28 million to live in a home that once belonged to a legendary Academy Award winning actress...what do you think?

The home is located on the water in the Fenwick section of Old Saybrook, Connecticut. It boasts 6 bedrooms and 7 baths in just under 8500 square feet. The home sits on 3.4 acres of land and is surrounded by waters of the Long Island sound.

Hepburn built the home and lived in it for over 65 years.  It was most recently owned and renovated by a NYC developer.
